Fashion’s Night Out: Cousin and Co.

Watched a bit of Fashion’s Night Out Special and was especially intrigued by the segment highlighting the Tory Burch Foundation. Have you heard of Tory Burch? Maybe you’ve seen her logo on her signature flats. She’s built a successful business and the chick didn’t even go to design school!

She’s teaming up with ACCION USA, a microfinance institution, and helping talented, female entrepreneurs finance and grow their businesses.

I loved the segment on one of the Tory Burch Foundation clients, Cousin and Co. I love a competitively priced bag with expensive feeling details.  Congrats on all the publicity ladies! Good story. Nice style. All a good look!

Makes me wonder how many other fashion designers are doing work with women and micro-finance here in the United States.
